 Brief History

Penafrancia Elementary School is located in Spring Valley IV, Brgy. Cupang, Antipolo City with a land area of 1,300 sq.m. The lot was donated by St. Thomas Realty Corporation  through the efforts of Mr. Ernesto Manoles, then the president and general manager of the said corporation.

With makeshift structures, the school first opened  in 1994, initially offering only primary education curriculum (Grades I-IV) with 5 teachers.

Through the years, school population has grown by leaps and bounds- increasing steadily at a very high rate.

To keep  pace with the demands of the bulging  enrolment/ population, funds from different LGU’s and other stakeholders also kept pouring in  to provide the facilities needed.

Today, the school boasts of concrete- paved access road and several  buildings with standard-size classrooms and other facilities.

  •  Family, community and other stakeholders  are actively engaged and share responsibility for developing life-long learners.

Our Vision
